The Yukon Quest begins in February. Formerly a 1,000 mile race, the Quest now travels 450-miles from Whitehorse to Dawson City.

Klondike Road Relay
The international KRR spans two days over the second weekend of September. In teams of 10, participants travel 175 kilometres from Skagway, AK, to Whitehorse.

The Yukon River Quest or "Race to the Midnight Sun", held in early July, travels 715-kilometres down the Yukon River from Whitehorse to Dawson City.
